Pretty much a trouble free town, obviously the further you can be from places of social interaction (pubs, clubs, restaurants, schools etc) then the quieter it should be.
Take a walk around and check for rubbish and uncared for gardens, vehicles etc. Somewhere theres a website that gives Socio Economic data if you enter an address or postcode. Maybe worth a search engine look?
