If you move to Ladygrove, Avon Way side is the nicer/better side than Mersey Way. The houses are nicer, the streets are cleaner, there's less antisocial types, the school on that side is better rated. You need to stay away from the CoOp there though, and the council flats next to them, they are the worst areas on Ladygrove.
