EXCITING JOB OPPORTUNITY

PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR BUSY LETTING AGENTS IN DIDCOT

16-20 HOURS A WEEK OVER 5 WEEK DAYS

7.50 AN HOUR STARTING SALARY TO RISE AFTER SUCCESSFUL PROBATION PERIOD

We are looking for a self starter to deal with our busy day to day lettings administration. Key duties will be receiving rents and paying landlords via our in-house software, chasing late payers, invoicing tenants and landlords, dealing with deposits via the DPS, monthly account reconciliations, VAT, HMRC and overseas landlord returns.

You will also be a key member of our team, dealing with setting up tenancy agreements and inventories, checking tenants in and out of properties and co-ordinating with trades people to resolve maintenance issues.

Your background must be customer focused and ideally in banking. You will need to have excellent computer skills and a confident and friendly personality.
