She can live her life as she wants but not with the help of the state all she is legally entitled to is child benefit and maybe council tax reduction, but if she is cohabitating and defrauding its only a matter of time before the net closes in and benefits are reviewed or stopped altogether. When her kids leave school and hopefully they will not follow in their mothers footsteps, I hope they go to college or get a job and become productive and decent and hardworking adults. I used to work as a fraud investigator in the benefits department of a local authority in Dorset where we had an excellent record of catching the cheats and redistributing the money to those in genuine need.
